THE GREATEST GIFT YOU CAN EVER GETBefore I talk about the greatest gift you can ever get in life, I want to first talk about the worst loss you can ever suffer during your existence.
The worst loss you can ever suffer is not the loss of a loved one or loss of job. It is not the loss of property, it is not even that you have an incurable disease. It is not even that you died. One may suffer all these put together yet has not suffer the worst loss.
The worst loss you can ever have in life is to find yourself in hell when you die. Have you known that death is not the end of your existence? It is only a transition, or a change of state. To say that hell is bad is a gross understatement. A place of torment where a soul will cry and lament in agony forever. A place of everlasting separation from God. The final home for satan and his evil spirits. A place where pleas and repentance are not acknowledged. Sinners final destination. But God does not want you to go there. So He gave us the greatest gift, a substitution for our sins. He gave us His only Son to pay for our sins, who died for us and went to hell for us. And on the third day He arose from the dead.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believed in Him will not perish, but have an everlasting life."(John 3:16)
Everyone who recieves and believes that Jesus Christ died for him, recieves forgiveness of his sins. And he shall never be required to die again. But whosoever rejects the death of Christ for his sins,shall face the judgment of his sins and shall not escape hell.
You can make a choice today. Choose life and escape hell by embracing the gift of salvation God is offering you today in His Son Jesus Christ. Remember, we only have today, only God knows tomorrow. Do it now.
