All of these may seem good and important, but they can never get you into heaven.
Jesus talked about heaven: "There are many rooms in my Father's home, and I am going to prepare a place for you. If this were not so, I will tell you plainly. Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me." (John 14:2,6). "Jesus replied, "I assure you, unless you are born again, you can never see the Kingdom of God." (John 3:3)
Jesus said that He is the only way to God, and new birth is the only way to heaven. What did He mean? "But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn! This is not a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan-this rebirth comes from God." (John 1:12,13). It simply means that if you want to go to heaven, you must become a child of God by recieving (believing in) Jesus Christ.Confess your sins to God.Believe that Jesus died for your sins.Accept Jesus as your savior from sins.Then you will be on your way to heaven!
