How The Devil Does His Evil Works

Beloved in Christ Jesus,it's quite normal to attend church services on Sundays or numerous programmes organised elsewhere,and we are sure that you've always heard and received so many messages from your place of worship,or the programmes you happen to attend.It may be the usual messages you've always heard over and over again,but what counts is the fact that you have heard it once again today probably.
However,we will like to point out a very important and serious point on something you may have probably known already,or yet to know.Our desire is to always teach and clearify the usual issues from an unsual point of view so you could have an indept understanding on these usual issues of which you normally or usually pay little or no attention to.
Do you know that the devil is ever willing and ready to do everything possible just to make sure that he hinders you from making it to heaven? He never runs short of ideas on what to do nor ever cease or stop looking for new ways to steal,kill,and destroy.He also knows very well that some of his plans could fail due to the presence of Jesus in the lives of some believers,so he has sufficient back up just in case of fail attempts.This is what apostle Paul said in his second letter to the Corinthians:"We don't want Satan to outsmart us.We know how he does his evil work." -2 Corinthians 2:11.[NIRV] You need the knowledge of how Satan does his evil works to defeit him.
But as it is,many Christians know little or nothing on how the devil operates nor the weapons he uses to bring about the destruction of lives both physically and spiritually.Unless you have this knowledge,you're sure to be his next victim if not,already.
The question now is;
How Then Does The Devil Operates And The Weapons He Uses?
Many people or Christians in particular thought they know the devil so well that they believe he can never gain victory or outsmart them.But then we'll ask; why is the faith of many Christians dying? Why are the mighty [Those who were once standing in the faith and are highly respected] falling? Why is the faith and love of many growing cold?[Matt 24:12] It's simply because they never truly know nor understand how the devil does his evil work,or they know,but live carelessly.
Therefore,let's unveil the truth to you as it is.The followings are the very powerful top five weapons the devil uses to carry out his plans successfully.

1.Ignorance.The first weapon the devil uses is ignorance.If a person is ignorant of what the Scriptures says,how then would he know what God wants him to do? That person can never know nor do the will of God.Therefore,the devil knowing this,does everything possible to keep people in the dark,ignorant of the truth in God's word.He even went further by raising Scripture twisters or misinterpreters also known as false teachers.He uses these people to spread lies and deception every where even in the church.You can see why there are many churches with different teachings spread virtually everywhere.In fact,the more churches are been established,the more sin keeps mltiplying.People are being confused not knowing who and what to believe any more.The devil also wages war against missionaries all over the world by doing everything possible to impede them from spreading the Good News of Christ in places where the message is yet to reach or be accepted.He does all this in order to keep the people from accepting Christ thus continue living in the dark.This is the devil at work.

2.Unbelief.He uses unbelief to make people not to believe the truth as it's commonly seen today.When we preach or teach about God,people think we are in sane,and that our belief is just a fallacy.In fact even apostle Paul was regarded as a trouble maker simply because he preaches and teaches the truth.The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 1:18,"The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God."[NLT] The devil's spirit of unbelief causes many to reject the true gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.This spirit is inside them so they continue to reject the truth referring to it as mere foolishness.
Therefore,anyone who fails or refuses to believe in God and in his Son Jesus,is a victim of the devil's spirit of unbelief.
More so,even some of those who claim to be Christians,fall victim of this spirit of unbelief.They sort out some issues in their lives they believe God cannot take care of.Some dout God because one or two of their prayers was not answered.Anybody who cannot trust God,is a victim of unbelief.

3.Fear Furthermore,the devil also uses fear as one of his weapons to paint a gloomy picture of Christianity in the hearts of many thus creating the impression that Christianity isn't worth it,and that it's just a waste of time.He made many to believe that Christianity would take away their freedom and makes them miserable in life for nothing.All these and many other tricks the devil uses is just mearnt to create fear thus keep many away from the truth.
Those who are victims of fear cannot stand the taste of time because they lack the courage that would help them stand strong.Some Christians secretly deny Jesus in order to avoid being persecuted.All this is the spirit of fear! But the Bible says,"God didn't give us a spirit that make us weak and fearful.He gave us a spirit that gives us power and love.It helps us control ourselves." -2 Timothy 1:7 [NIRV].Therefore,if you are a fearful Christian,that's not the spirit that God gave you,but that of the devil.

4.DisobedienceDisobedience is the next most powerful weapon he uses.A person may have the knowledge of God's Word,be a believer,and never fearful as a Christian.But when it comes to obeying God's Word,that becomes a big issue.Disobedience has destroyed so many people we read about in the Bible,and many Christians even today.In fact,it was disobedience that brought us to where we are today.God hates disobedience and must punish anyone who disobeys Him.The Bible says in James 4:17,"Anyone who knows the right thing to do,but does not do it,is sinning." The devil knows that God hates and must punish any act of disobedirnce,that's why he spreads the spirit of disobedience everywhere.

5.Inconsistency [Unfaithfulness]Now,the last and most powerful weapon that hardly disappoints the devil,is the spirit of inconsistency [unfaithfulness] in serving the Lord and also doing his will.This weapon is the most effective killer of Christians.A Christian may overcome ignorance,unbelief,fear,disobedience,but consistency [faithfulness] is a major issue.This explains why a believer may be doing well in the be beginning,but eventually collapse from the faith along the way.Many Christian believers are victims of inconsistency [unfaithfulness].Even the messages directed to the churches listed in Revelation chapters 2 and 3 is mainly concerning the issue of lukewarmness [inconsistency/unfaithfulness] in the faith.That is why Jesus says in Matthew 24:12,that the love of many will grow cold.He is not referring to unbelievers,but to those who claim they belong to him.

We can go on and on in explaining how the devil works,but with this few revelations,we hope you've seen why many Christians are struggling with sin today.Unfaithfulness has eaten deep into the lives of many Christians to a point where many have backslidden,collapse,and also died in their sins.Paul in his second letter to Timothy says,"I have fought the good fight,I have finished the race,and I have remained faithful." [NLT]-2 Timothy 4:7.He was able to remain faithful because he knows how the devil does his evil works and never allowed the devil to outsmart him.
If you are that Christian who is still struggling with sin,it means the devil has outsmarted you.Now,that you know the weapons he uses,will you allow this to continue? Remember that the end of a life lived in sin is disastrous.Two final destinations are at war for your soul.One for eternal rest,while the other for eternal destruction.It's a spiritual battle,but your physical actions and decisions will determine who wins the spiritual battle.The destination that wins,is your final and eternal destination which is of course irreversible.If only you know how hard the devil is working tirelessly to make sure you end up with him in hell,we are sure that you will work twice as harder and tirelessly than the devil to make sure that he never succeeds.The best and most effective way to defeit the devil is to build a strong and solid fellowship and personal relationship with God and to also arm yourself with the spiritual weapons listed in Ephesians 6:13-18.
Finally,"Resist the devil,and he will flee from you." -James 4:7.
