Why The World Is Faced With Many Troubles

After all this,Lord, must you still refuse to help us? Will you continue to be silent and punish us? -Isaiah 64:12

Why The World Is Faced With Many Troubles.
One constantly hears the question asked why God,if He truely exists, remains silent in the face of all the injustice and wars in the world? Why does He allow serious accidents, disasters and catastrophies? Such questions or even accusations are expressed by many people.
Now God has spoken, and He still speaks."Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days,he has spoken to us through his Son." -Hebrews 1:1-2.It is true that few took the words of warning spoken by the prophets seriously. But God did not cease speaking.
Then Christ, the Son of God,came to this earth. One might rightly say that the fact alone that God sent His Son into the world was one of the most powerful sermons.God was making a final offer,as it were,in order to win people over for Himself.Christ spoke,"the Words of God" (John 3:34),and "For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself,no longer counting people's sins against them." -2 Corinthians 5:19.But the world refused the Savior,Jesus Christ. He was nailed to the cross and cast out of the world. So darkness, misery and misfortune remained here.Who then deserves the reproach made by so many,God or mankind?
Yet God found a way for each one:"But to all who believed him and accepted him,he gave the right to become children of God." -John 1:12.Whoever believes in Christ is saved, becomes a child of God who knows his Father, even if he cannot explain His dealings.Christ is and remains the "key" to an understanding of God.God still speaks by His Son so as to draw people to Himself even through severe affliction.
However, the world's failure to acknowledge God and His Son Jesus Christ,is the main cause of the world's troubles throughout history to date.We care much about what we want Him to do for us,but He suffers rejection, disobedience and hatred in return. What would you have probably expected would happen? His Word says,"The earth suffers for the sins of its people, for they have twisted God's instructions, violated his laws, and broken his everlasting convenant." -Isaiah 24:5.
Actually,we deserve all the troubles that befalls us because we caused it ourselves. But thank God for Jesus who though knew how guilty we were, yet voluntarity offer up Himself to be put to death because of our sins, but was raised again to give life to those who believe and accepted Him by faith as their Lord and personal Savior. Now,all you need to do is to believe in Him and be sure of everlasting life and perfect peace even in the mist of troubles."Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved." -Acts 16:31.
